Nothing is more exciting than seeing a homegrown talent have success.
When dissecting Brian Robinson Jr., the junior running back for Alabama football looks to finally have his moment inside Bryant-Denny Stadium as a Tuscaloosa (Ala.) native.
Despite arriving in the same recruiting class as five-star, Najee Harris, Robinson was one of the nation’s elite prospects from Hillcrest High School. As a four-star, he guided the Patriots to back-to-back Class 6A state semifinal playoff appearances in 2015 and 2016.
His versatility as a runner and receiver made him a must sign for the Crimson Tide.
Robinson collected 990 yards rushing, 302 yards receiving and 20 total touchdowns on 185 touchdowns during his senior season.
