If Jalen Hurts can make the same improvement that Blake Sims did in 2014, there remains an opportunity for him to continue being the starting quarterback at the University of Alabama.
Despite the attention and projections of winning the job going to Tua Tagovailoa, the native Texan is still pushing. Hurts and a couple of other players – including wide receiver Jerry Jeudy – were outside the Mal Moore Athletic Facility on Tuesday, going through some passing routes.
According to a video from the junior’s Instagram, former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens was also in Tuscaloosa working out with Hurts.
