Ball State transfer offensive lineman Arkel Anugwom announced that he is transferring to Alabama via his Instagram account.
Anugwom is originally from Nigeria and moved to the United Stats during his junior year of high school. He did not spend long at the high school level before he signed with Ball State. He has not been playing football for very long but has unteachable size and potential. He was listed on Ball State’s official website as being 6-foot-6 and 325 pounds.
The Alabama coaching staff is likely bringing in Anugwom for depth purposes. He has very little experience after having played just 100 snaps for the Cardinals during the 2024 season and redshirting in 2023.
