The former Alabama and Oklahoma quarterback is on the front line, encouraging citizens to go to the voting polls and let their voices be heard in this presidential election. According to a video from Dan Koob, who covers the Eagles for CBS, Hurts was outside a polling area with a megaphone. His leadership has always extended far beyond the football field.
Before he came a second-round pick, Hurts led the Crimson Tide and Sooners to the College Football Playoff.
He is the lone quarterback in the history of the CFP era to take two different schools to the venue.
