Former Alabama QB says Crimson Tide’s win over LSU was a ‘vintage’ performance

Kalen DeBoer and his coaching staff has Alabama football playing at a high level.

After shutting out Missouri, the Crimson Tide locked up one of the best offenses in college football last week.

Alabama silenced Tiger Stadium in a 42-13 impressive victory.

LSU’s offense could never get going and Jalen Milroe ran over its defense for 185 yards and four touchdowns on 12 carries. The Tide remains in tact for the College Football Playoff and a former Alabama quarterback called the victory a ‘vintage’ performance.

“If not for the late touchdown, this was as good a defensive performance as I’ve seen from Alabama in quite some time,” Greg McElroy said Sunday on his Always College Football podcast.
