Former Alabama offensive lineman Naquil Betrand will be transferring to Syracuse. On3’s Hayes Fawcett was first to report the news.
Betrand transferred to Alabama by way of Texas A&M. The Pennsylvania native spent one season with the Aggies. He did not see the field as a true freshman. Prior to the start of his redshirt freshman season, Betrand transferred to Alabama.
The former four-star offensive tackle played in one game for the Crimson Tide. That came in the season opener against Western Kentucky. In the middle of the season, Betrand was removed from the Alabama roster.
