The college football season didn't start the way Aaron Robinson had envisioned.
The UCF defensive back, who spent one season with the Alabama Crimson Tide, was stretchered off the field after the opening kickoff in Week 1 of the season against Connecticut after making a tackle on kick coverage.
"I woke up on the truck (stretcher)," Robinson told The Orlando Sentinel about the next thing he remembers. "Everyone else around me, trying to help me, making sure I was good."
Robinson spent two days in the hospital, then weeks recovering from concussion symptoms.
