Football Puts in Two More Hours of Work for Trip to No. 8/6 Georgia

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team practiced for two hours in full pads Wednesday afternoon on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

The team continued to work on putting together a gameplan to counter a strong Georgia defense in this weekend’s matchup in Athens. The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs are scheduled for a 2:39 p.m. CT kickoff inside Sanford Stadium with the game airing on CBS. Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson will work from the booth with Allie LaForce patrolling the sidelines.

Alabama and Georgia will meet for the 67th time in a series that dates back to 1895.
