If you expected Reggie Ragland to sulk, you clearly don’t know what makes Ragland tick.
It took longer than expected or projected, but when the call came for the University of Alabama All-American linebacker, there was no negative emotions. Only excitement.
Ragland was the first of six Alabama players taken on the second day of the 2016 NFL Draft, going No. 41 overall to the Buffalo Bills, where he’ll join another former UA All-American defender, Marcell Dareus.
After a slow start to the NFL Draft, Alabama accounted for nearly 10 percent of the picks in the first two rounds with six in the first 63 picks.
