Alabama football has had several influential people speak to its players during fall camp.
Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Stephen A. Smith, Charles Barkley, Michael Phelps, and Larry Fitzgerald are a few marquee names that Coach Nick Saban allowed influencing his players. After Thursday’s practice, ESPN’s Maria Taylor served as a guest speaker.
She challenged Saban to a game of G.O.A.T. on the court, interviewed Saban, Tua Tagovailoa, DeVonta Smith, and Jalen Hurts, and she has grown in her broadcast coverage.
Taylor, a University of Georgia alum, shared her story with the Crimson Tide players. She received an Alabama jersey with her name on it and reunited with a fellow Bulldog alum in Joe Cox.
