It is entertaining the University of Memphis this week, but ESPN’s College Football GameDay crew will be in Tuscaloosa, Ala, next week for part two of the Game of the Century. An announcement came via the network as it broadcasted live from Memphis, Tenn.
The Crimson Tide will host the LSU Tigers at Bryant-Denny Stadium as this will be the first Alabama game for the GameDay crew. While it has covered two matchups for the Tigers, Texas and Florida, the last time the ESPN bus parked on the University of Alabama was in 2016 against Texas A&M. A big performance from Alabama’s defense and Damien Harris propelled the team to a 33-14 win.
