It apparently was difficult to pick just one player who stood out in Alabama’s 10-0 win at LSU on Saturday night, so at least one national award went ahead and just picked all of them.
After a dominant defensive performance against the Tigers, the entire Crimson Tide defense was named the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week.
For the game, Alabama allowed just 125 yards of total offense – the fewest it has allowed all season. The Tide held LSU to just 25 yards of offense in the second half alone (10 in the third quarter, 15 in the fourth).
