Safety Eddie Jackson wanted the Chicago Bears to show their "new identity" on Monday night in their second prime-time appearance in two games this season.
Last week, the Bears blew a 20-point lead in the second half and lost 24-23 to the Green Bay Packers in the Sunday night game for the opening week of the season, prompting Jackson to say: "We learn from adversity."
On Monday night, Chicago had a 14-point lead in fourth quarter, and although the Seattle Seahawks scored two touchdowns in the final period, the Bears still emerged with a 24-17 victory.
