Willie Anderson and D.J. Fluker have a lot in common.
Both were prep football stars in Coastal Alabama. At Vigor High in Prichard, Anderson was a three-time All-State selection who was the Class 6A Player of the Year in 1992 even though he was an offensive lineman. Forced from New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina, Fluker played his sophomore season at McGill-Toolen in Mobile before becoming a Parade All-American at Foley as a senior in 2008.
Both were All-SEC offensive tackles, with Anderson earning that honor in 1994 and 1995 and Fluker receiving recognition in 2012.
