DeVonta Smith will leave the University of Alabama and college football as a very special player.
He set school records and Southeastern Conference records at wide receiver. A native of Amite, La., Smith is a Heisman Trophy winner, a Player of the Year honoree by multiple outlets, a Biletnikoff Award winner and a two-time College Football Playoff National Champion. He was selected a permanent team captain by his peers and is an Unanimous First-Team All-American.
Even with the recognition, Smith’s legacy will live on through a Daniel Moore painting.
Daniel A. Moore, who is known for his dramatic paintings that depict the greatest moments of Alabama football, only puts his style to work to capture the most iconic situations for the Crimson Tide.
