Former Alabama running back Derrick Henry will wear No. 22 in the NFL, and there’s a special reason behind the choice.
As the Tennessee Titans rookie wrote on Instagram not long after the team announced the number Friday, he specifically selected the number to honor the late Altee Tenpenny.
“Altee told me one day at practice back at Bama if he ever made it to (the) NFL he would wear 22,” Henry wrote.
