Derrick Henry calls rookie NFL season 'good development year for me'

Derrick Henry's 2015 season ended on Jan. 11 celebrating the Crimson Tide's 45-40 victory over Clemson in the CFP national-championship game. He'd carried the ball 36 times for 158 yards and three touchdowns to complete his Heisman Trophy season with 2,219 yards and 28 touchdowns on 395 rushing attempts.

Henry's 2016 season ended 356 days later with the Tennessee Titans' 24-17 victory over the Houston Texans on the final Sunday of the NFL's regular season. He'd carried the ball 15 times for 65 yards and a touchdown to complete his rookie NFL campaign with 490 yards and five touchdowns on 110 rushing attempts.
