Defense dominates at Alabama spring game

They play spring games for a reason.

Alabama wrapped up its spring workouts with its annual “A-Day” game in Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday and, as one might expect, the overall performance left plenty of room for improvement.

On the scoreboard, the White defeated the Crimson 7-3 in front of an announced crowd of 76,212, though a win might as well have been credited to the entire defense for its play after an overall lethargic showing from both offenses. The teams were split up by first-team offense (Crimson) and first-team defense (White).
