HOOVER | Mississippi State had an historic season in 2014, spending five weeks ranked No. 1. MSU coach Dan Mullen said Tuesday at SEC Media Days that his players want to get back to that spot this season.
The loss to Alabama ended Mississippi State's momentum.
“It was a tough game on the road, and we came up a little bit short,” Mullen said. “I think that experience certainly helps us moving forward. Our guys have the experience, they have been on the stage, they have been in the moments, and they are going to ready for this season.
