Cornerback Cyrus Jones is headed back to the Baltimore Ravens -- and not as a member of the practice squad either.
The NFL awarded Jones to the Ravens through a waiver claim, and the former Alabama standout joins Baltimore's active roster in advance of its game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
This will be Jones' second stint with the Ravens this season, but his first as an active player. Let go at the end of the preseason by the New England Patriots, Jones joined the Baltimore practice squad.
