Bama Hammer looks ahead with Crimson Keys to this weekend’s matchup: Alabama vs. Mississippi State.
On Saturday, the second-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide (8-1) travel to “Starksvegas” to meet SEC West rival #20 Mississippi State Bulldogs (7-2). Alabama is coming off of a huge, dominating win over LSU while MSU is coming off of a rollercoaster of emotions type of week last week. The Bulldogs beat Missouri on the road last Thursday and then just a day later were mourning the passing of a teammate in freshman Keith Joseph Jr. who died in a car crash.
MSU will be emotional as they play for their teammate while they also need a win to stay in contention for a potential SEC West crown while Alabama needs to continue to win to keep their SEC West and Playoff hopes alive.
