Cornelius Bennett's football journey took him to All-State honors at Ensley High School, a College Football Hall of Fame career at Alabama and five Super Bowls and five Pro Bowl invitations in the NFL.
But Bennett said he couldn't have made that journey without the people who helped him along the way. That's why on Friday night in Mobile, Bennett shared his story on behalf of the Palmer-Williams Group "to let people know that through your mentorship for these kids, that if you're out there and you care about them, share your story with them, mentor them, be there for them so they'll have the chance to come back and do what we're doing tonight -- giving back, because that's what it's all about.
