Brian Robinson is a different breed of person and athlete.
He was recently a victim of a shooting that involved an attempted robbery.
Robinson endured multiple shots to his lower body, but he sustained no life-threatening injuries. He had surgery and returned to training camp for the Washington Commanders smiling and on crutches. As a third-round pick of this year’s NFL Draft, Robinson had positioned himself to be the Commanders’ starting running back for the season. He is on the reserve/football non-injury list, meaning he will be sidelined for the first four weeks of the season. Washington does have good news on Robinson in an update.
