Cam Sims sets up Washington Redskins' preseason victory

Former Alabama wide receiver Cam Sims is trying to earn a spot on the Washington Redskins' regular-season roster as an undrafted free agent. If he stays in the middle of things as he did on Thursday night, he just might.

In Washington's second preseason game, Sims didn't have eye-popping stats with three receptions for 57 yards, and not everything he did turned out right. But at the end, Sims made the big catch in the Redskins' 15-13 victory over the New York Jets.

With 15 seconds left in the game, Sims outbattled Jets cornerback Rashard Robinson for a pass from quarterback Kevin Hogan for a 20-yard gain to the New York 22-yard line.
