The Jacksonville Jaguars made it official on Tuesday as the NFL team put Cam Robinson on injured reserve.
The Jaguars' left offensive tackle suffered a season-ending tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in the first quarter of Jacksonville's 31-20 victory over the New England Patriots on Sunday.
"It's a shame," Jaguars coach Doug Marrone said. "He's worked hard. He's a good, young player, and he'll work hard (to return from the injury)."
Marrone said surgery was the next step for Robinson before he begins his recovery and rehabilitation.
