Caleb Odom tells why he left Alabama

Former Alabama wide receiver, Caleb Odom is feeling comfortable after his decision to transfer to Ole Miss following the Crimson Tide’s 2024 regular season.

Odom transferred from Alabama to Ole Miss after only grabbing seven receptions for 65 yards and being seldomly used on offense through seven games during his true freshman campaign. He decided to take his talents to Ole Miss because he wanted to be somewhere he felt ‘needed.’

“I think ultimately, I just wanted to be somewhere where I felt wanted and needed and felt comfortable,” Odom said. “And so obviously, having a relationship with Ole Miss out of high school, them being my second choice, it made sense for me to come back up here and just really get to Coach (George) McDonald.
