Bo Scarbrough is 11th Alabama player drafted

The long wait for former Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough is over.

Once among the top running back recruits in the country, Scarbrough was drafted in the seventh round with the 236th overall pick by the Dallas Cowboys.

He was the 11th Alabama player drafted to break the school record set last year. The Tide had four taken in the first round and Ronnie Harrison made it five as the only from the program taken Friday night in the third round.

As a junior, Scarbrough ran for 549 yards on 108 carries. That was down from the 812-yard, 125-attempt sophomore season that saw him peek in the postseason.
