Some teams in the National Football League are in their second round of interviews for head coaching candidates.
Bill O’Brien, Alabama’s offensive coordinator, has been rumored for a few jobs.
He interviewed for the Jacksonville Jaguars opening, but it is unlikely that O’Brien will get the position.
Art Stapleton, a beat writer for the New York Giants, reported O’Brien as a possible landed spot for the Giants as an offensive play-caller. If Brian Flores is the head coach, O’Brien would be an option to run the offense. Flores is a defensive-minded guy, so the Giants would want him to make a good hire on offense.
