The relationship between Nick Saban and Bill Belichick is well documented.
The two have coached together and have talked about their respect for one another on record.
Nick Saban recently joined The Pivot Podcast, and Belichick sent a message to Saban through Ryan Clark. The former NFL defensive back read the message to Saban during the interview.
“I learned a lot from Nick,” Belichick said via Clark. “He’s a damn good coach. Knows every area of the game in great depth, including schemes, coaches and players. He treats people right, honest and fair. Honestly, Coach Saban is in a class by himself.
