TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Embattled Auburn quarterback Jeremy Johnson will start against No. 1-ranked Alabama, the school announced prior to kickoff.
It's the second straight start for the senior who lost the starting job to Sean White at the start of the season. White, who is dealing with an injured shoulder, hasn't played since a loss at Georgia.
Johnson, who hadn't started a game since last year's Iron Bowl prior to last weekend, has completed 18 of 25 passes this season for 185 yards, a touchdown and and interception. He has 12 carries for 24 yards and two touchdowns.
