The annual SEC Spring Meetings take place this week in Destin, as coaches, presidents and athletics directors from around the conference get together to argue over and hammer out legislation regarding whatever are the most-pressing issues in the league.
(For this reason, the SEC Meetings have, year-by-year, become far more interesting than SEC Media Days, which are really just a made-for-TV celebration with no real news value. But that's a topic for another day).
At any rate, one of the hottest topics on this year's agenda is the future of transfers, graduate and undergraduate. Many would like to see all restrictions removed on graduate transfers, as well as those players whose schools have been hit with NCAA sanctions (such as Ole Miss).
