When the 2015 NFL season started, three former Alabama players had at least 3,000 rushing yards in their NFL careers. After the 2015 season, that number is five, with New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram and Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy joining the list.
That's even though neither Ingram nor Lacy had the kind of 2015 season he wanted.
After going to the Pro Bowl last season, Ingram suffered a shoulder injury that ended his 2015 campaign after 12 games, limiting him to 769 rushing yards.
After posting a pair of 1,000-yard rushing seasons to open his pro career, Lacy had an up-and-down showing in 2015 and finished with 758 rushing yards.
