The University of Alabama baseball team had just enough to say with their bats Saturday after having them silenced Friday night.
Alabama took a 1-0 lead in the fifth inning and the defense held Ole Miss in check for the majority of the evening. The Crimson Tide added an insurance run in the bottom of the eighth for the 2-0 win. Starting pitcher Jake Walters gave the Crimson Tide another quality start Saturday, throwing seven scoreless innings in the win and allowing only four hits before being relived by junior Thomas Burrows for the save.
