If teams are worried about Jonathan Allen’s shoulders, he has something different to say to that.
Speaking at the NFL Combine on Saturday, Allen said that doctors have told him that any arthritic problems they might have won’t be an issue until “15, 20 years” from now.
“The shoulder feels good,” Allen told reporters. “Every doctor said if there’s a problem, it’s after football, way after football. I have no concerns with it at all.”
Allen had surgery to fix labrum tears in each of his shoulders during his Alabama career, including one that caused him to miss spring practice in 2016.
