Alabama wide receiver Jaren Hamilton is set to enter the transfer portal just one day after the Crimson Tide’s bowl loss to Michigan. He is the 15th scholarship player to transfer from Alabama this offseason.
Hamilton spent two seasons in Tuscaloosa. The native of Gainesville, Florida played sparingly for the Crimson Tide. He played in just six games and recorded no stats.
His decision to transfer does not come as much of a surprise despite the fact that he played multiple snaps in the ReliaQuest Bowl. Hamilton is not a huge loss for the Crimson Tide as the coaching staff looks to build a stronger roster for the 2025 season.
