Alabama football’s wide receiver coach JaMarcus Shephard used a portion of his media availability Wednesday as a recruiting pitch.
Shephard has garnered high praise from recruits since following DeBoer from Washington to Alabama. His fiery attitude has caught the attention of Tide players, recruits and the media.
This was no different Wednesday when provided one of the main reasons recruits should choose the Tide.
“They compete every day in practice,” Shephard said. “So, they’re making us better. We’re making them better. And that’s why, recruits, you come to the University of Alabama because you’re going to compete against the best every day.
