MARTIN, Tenn. – Alabama dropped its first game of the season with an 83-65 loss to UT Martin on Wednesday at the Elam Center. The Skyhawks made 16 of their 28 field goals from beyond the arc to move to 3-4 on the year, while the loss put the Crimson Tide at 6-1.
“When someone shoots the ball that well it is hard to beat anybody,” said Alabama head coach Kristy Curry. “That was one of the most incredible shooting efforts I’ve ever seen. They just knocked down shot after shot. Credit those guys.
