The University of Alabama and the Washington Huskies played against each other five times in a span of three seasons from 2007-09, but haven’t played since.
Informal discussion has already started about playing again sometime in the future.
“I texted (UA coach Patrick Murphy) the other week about doing a home-and-home,” Washington coach Heather Tarr said. “We didn’t follow up on it, but it’s something we will look at.”
