With only three games left to play in the 2019 regular season, the Crimson Tide will try to get March started off the right way with a win over the surprising, SEC-leading, LSU Tigers. A win today would be massive, and would make it very difficult for the NCAA Tournament selection committee to leave the Tide out of the field come Selection Sunday. It would also give the winner of today’s Kentucky-Tennessee battle in Knoxville the inside track to the SEC regular season championship.
Alabama will likely stick with its shortened rotation for this game, starting with Kira Lewis, John Petty, Tevin Mack, Donta Hall, and either Dazon Ingram or Herbert Jones (Ingram will be a game-tie decision today as he’s dealing with a deep bruise on his quad).
