Alabama safety reportedly played with broken foot against Tennessee

One Alabama defender battled through a lingering injury in week eight against Tennessee.

Starting safety Keon Sabb will be sidelined with a lower-body injury that will cause him to be “down for a while”, according to Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer. Former Alabama quarterback and ESPN analyst Greg McElroy spoke this morning on his show about Sabb’s injury and his willingness to battle through injury against the Volunteers.

“Do you realize that Keon Sabb played three quarters of the game with a broken foot? A broken foot, ladies and gentlemen. And he did it because he loves his team.
