Alabama football’s junior defensive back, Bray Hubbard is among the top 10 returning safeties in the country ahead of the 2025 season, according to Max Chadwick of Pro Football Focus.

Chadwick has Hubbard ranked as the No. 6 overall returning safety.

Hubbard became an integral part of Alabama’s defense last season after being a primary contributor to special teams and only playing four defensive snaps as a freshman in 2023. He appeared in 13 games and registered six starts after stepping up in the Crimson Tide’s defensive backfield to replace injured veteran safety, Keon Sabb. The Mississippi native helped set the tone defensively by leading the team with three interceptions, 57 tackles, two pass deflections and one forced fumble.
