After Alabama's first fall scrimmage in mid-August, Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban said of Alabama's field goal kicking situation, "I think we have things to work on relative to some of the other areas in the kicking game."
The feedback about the kicking game has been better since then, including during Saban's radio show Thursday night.
After several missed field goals during that first fall scrimmage, the kicking was better in scrimmage No. 2. And according to Saban, it's continued to improve.
"The holding-kicking situation has really developed a lot of consistency in the last month," Saban said.
