As a native Georgian and Georgia Tech transfer, Gibbs filled in the departed Jameson Williams as an explosive player. He leads Alabama in rushing with 64 carries for 532 yards. Gibbs has two rushing touchdowns, averages 8.3 yards per rush attempt, and 88.7 yards per game. The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder brought versatility as a receiver, totaling a team-high 22 receptions. He has 220 yards receiving and two scores.
