Jalen Milroe signed his National Letter of Intent with the Alabama Crimson Tide Wednesday.
Milroe is a 4-Star dual-threat quarterback, according to Touchdown Alabama. He flipped his commitment from Texas to Alabama in August. Todd McVey, the head football coach at Tompkins High School, said Milroe uses his feet to open up plays for his arm.
“Jalen is not just looking to run, he is looking to extend the play,” McVey said. “You watch Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City and (Lamar) Jackson and that is what they are trying to do, extend plays with their feet to throw.
