To avoid any speculation in the offseason, Alabama head coach Nick Saban immediately solved one issue on his coaching staff in promoting Dan Enos to offensive coordinator.
After serving one season as quarterbacks’ coach, the Michigan native takes over for Michael Locksley — who has a head coaching position at Maryland. He will start his new job following the College Football Playoff, as he intends on helping the Crimson Tide secure a national title.
Enos had success running an offense at both Arkansas and Central Michigan; however, the question will be if Saban trusts him to with a full scheme while prepping quarterbacks.
