TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –
For the season, the Alabama offensive line has provided protection for a balanced attack that ranks among the SEC’s top scoring offenses. The unit has particularly excelled in the run game, clearing a path for Heisman Trophy candidate Derrick Henry to lead the nation in rushing and set school records for rushing yards (1,797) and rushing touchdowns (22). In dominating the line of scrimmage, Alabama ranks 10th nationally in time of possession (33:04) and 28th in rushing offense (206.2 ypg).
