On Monday following Alabama’s win over Florida in the SEC Championship game, the Crimson Tide coaching staff selected six Players of the Week for their performances in the biggest game to date.
The staff selected three offensive players, one defender and two special teams players.
On offense quarterback Mac Jones, running back Najee Harris and wide receiver DeVonta Smith were recognized. Defensively the lone player notified was freshman outside linebacker Will Anderson. On special teams, the coaches recognized defensive back DeMarcco Hellams and punter Charlie Scott.

- Rushed 31 times for 178 yards with two touchdowns while averaging an impressive 5.
