Watch list season continues to be a notable one for Alabama as two more players were recognized for a major college football award.
On Monday, it was announced that linebackers Dylan Moses and Shane Lee were named to the Butkus Award Watch List.
Lee and Moses are among 51 other candidates named to the preseason list for the nations top linebacker award.
Alabama has taken home the award four other times in the form of Reuben Foster (2016), CJ Mosley (2013), Rolando McClain (2009) and Derrick Thomas (1988).
Lee was one of the young linebackers who was called upon to step up for the Crimson Tide in 2019 in the absence of Moses and Joshua McMillon.
