For anyone who thinks Alabama has struggled in kicking in recent years, it appears it’s in good hands moving forward.
Kicker Brandon Ruiz, a Crimson Tide commitment, won the Chris Sailer Placekicker of the Year as the nation’s best at his position at the high school level.
Ruiz shared a photo of the trophy Saturday night on Twitter, where he also mentioned that he was a first-team high school All-American.
