The University of Alabama women's basketball team will try to extend its home winning streak to eight in a row today in its final game before the holiday break. UA will host Grambling State at 2 p.m. at Foster Auditorium.
The Crimson Tide's home winning streak to start the season is the longest since 2010, when Alabama won eight straight home games before sufferings its first home defeat. UA can equal that start today.
Alabama holds a 5-0 all-time record against Grambling State, outscoring the Tigers 438-306 in those meetings. This is the first meeting between the programs since 1999.
